Opex Long Distance Frequently Asked Questions...
Q. Who is OPEX Communications?
A. A full service telecommunications company that specializes in the sales and support
of Long Distance and Internet Services. Our primary goal is to provide superior long distance
service with discounted rates that create value for small to medium size business and residential
consumers.
Q. How does the 100 Free Minutes from Opex Communications work?
A. You will receive up to 100 free state-to-state minutes from Opex Communications
on your sixth months bill. If you make less than 100 minutes of 1+ interstate long distance
calls, we will only
credit you the amount of minutes you actually used, up to but not more than 100 minutes.
Q. How does Opex Communications offer such low rates?
A. OPEX Communications is a carrier. We buy our network in bulk from a large nationwide
network provider called Global Crossing. Since we buy in such bulk, our rates are deeply
discounted.
We do not have the high advertising costs of a major carrier, so we pass along the savings
to our customers. It also allows us to spend our money to provide better service.
Q. How will I know if I'm switched to OPEX long distance?
A. OPEX Communications is one of the best provisioning companies of long distance
service in the country. You will receive an email from OPEX Communications when you make your
first call on our network as a thank you and verification that you are on our service. If
any problems occur while your account is being provisioned, you will be quickly contacted
by an OPEX long distance provisioning representative.
You may also visit our customer services site at
