conversation in two directions. FVC (forward voice channel): A

Fully Dedicated Access
Long distance carrier access method in which a non-local
call is carried by the long distance carrier via a
dedicated trunk facility for both the first and last
part of the call's journey, and on the same long distance
carrier's network for the entire length of the call.
Also referred to as "dedicated-to-dedicated" or
"on-net to on-net."
