Q. How does it work?
A. ZeroCents Flat Rate Unlimited Long Distance is easier to use than a regular calling card! After a quick
and simple registration process, you will be given an access number. Anytime you want to make a phone call,
simply dial the access number from your registered telephone line*, and then dial the phone number you're
calling! There is no longer a need for PIN numbers since we authenticate our members via their
registered phone line. Many of our members put their access number into the speed dial program
on their phones for quicker dialing.
Q. Do I need to switch from my current long distance phone service?
A. No. It doesn't matter who your current local or long-distance provider is, you don't need to
do anything but dial the access phone number provided in order to take advantage
of unlimited long distance service.
Q. Sure, but I can only call state-to-state, right?
A. With ZeroCents Unlimited Long Distance calling plan, you can call anywhere in the continental
United States (48 contiguous states). State-to-State or In-State long distance are included!
Q. Can I only call at certain times?
A. You can make a call whenever you want! Not just on the weekends or after 9pm...anytime
you want! Call early, call late, call anytime! The choice is yours!
Q. Are there any additional fees?
A. No.There are no registration fees, cancellation fees, per minute charges, per phone call
charges, or any other hidden charges. For one low monthly flat rate, you can call all you want!
The $29.99 includes all taxes, fees, and surcharges.
Q. How long will it take from the time I sign up to use the unlimited phone plan?
A. You can begin using the phone service instantly. Immediately after you sign-up, all of your
account information will appear on your screen, where you will be encouraged to print it out.
Your account information will also be emailed to you.
Q. Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
A. Absolutely not. You can discontinue long distance phone service anytime by calling our
customer service department.
Q. Do I get a bill in the mail?
A. No confusing phone bills. ZeroCents makes your phone bill (which is always
one low flat rate) available online at anytime. Simply logon
to the secure online account manager and view or print your
phone bill at any time.
Q. Does this plan cover international calling also? or Do you have an international plan?
A. International calling is not included in the ZeroCents Unlimited Long Distance Plan. We
do not offer a separate international calling plan at the moment.
Q. Do I need a computer or special equipment?
A. No. You only need a telephone.
Q. Does the person I’m calling have to be a ZeroCents Unlimited Long Distance customer?
A. No. You can call anyone, anywhere in the continental Unites States for one low monthly fee.
Q. Can I make long distance phone calls from any phone?
A. In order to maintain the ZeroCents Unlimited Flat Rate Long Distance Plan at such low prices,
you can make phone calls from your registered home phone only.
